Eric Jeng
Eric Jeng serves as the Senior Advisor for the Asian Community Development Council (ACDC), and previously the Director of Outreach. Founded in 2015 by Vida Lin, ACDC’s mission is to improve the well-being of the Asian, Pacific Islander (APIA), and other communities in Nevada with civic engagement, family services, and coalition building. Through innovative and effective programming, Eric and his team have engaged tens of thousands of voters resulting in a surge in voter registration and turnout for the APIA community.
Eric is also the Deputy Director of One APIA Nevada (OAN), a 501(c)(4) state-based organization founded in 2018 to establish year-round advocacy and organizing infrastructure that aims to win equity and justice, and political empowerment for the APIA community. In addition, OAN’s Executive Director Duy Nguyen was elected in 2022 to represent the assembly district with the highest APIA population.
Previously, Eric was an executive assistant for a Washington, DC-based private equity firm, and worked on various national and local political campaigns since 2013. Eric got his start as a research fellow at the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and worked for the Small Business Administration (SBA). Eric attended National Taiwan University and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in political science.
